Comment please see COM:SCOPE where it is stated "The quality of files should be as high as possible and should only contain the relevant content." Images like Image:CIMG0801.JPG prove that this is not as high quality as possible. Apparently this part of the policy is never followed. Could you please tell me what use such an image could have?
