Hi Matt,

I asked one of my employees to upload the shop images, not being aware that it would infringe on the wikipedia commons guidelines. While I can understand your reservations about the shop images (plain catalog images), I would nevertheless like to upload our compnay logo.

Narciss Sports owns the copyright to all artwork that our designers create for Narciss. Hence please do not delete our logo (blue with our logo in the center and Narciss Sports written above and below the image). We require this picture for the article about Narciss Sports which we want to place on Wikipedia.org.

Please let me know if this might create a problem.

Hi Jerome. You should think twice before creating an article about Narciss Sports on Wikipedia. For instance, I tried to find you so I could check where some of the images came from. A google search turned up three matches, so your notability seems in real doubt. This would likely cause speedy deletion. Also, people should not create articles they are directly involved with as it creates a conflict of interest - Wikipedia is about creating the best encyclopaedia possible, NOT about advertising.

As for uploading your images, stuff like your logo will need to get verification from the OTRS system. In fact, it would be best if you did this for all your images if they were not taken by you PERSONALLY. Alternatively, you could just upload the logo under fair use at en.wikipedia.

Oh, and please note wikimedia guidelines - an account on commons/wikipedia/any other project should be used by one person only.
