The uploader does not own the copyright for this image, and as there is some degree of creativity in the flag and restrictions on its usage at http://www.aseansec.org/7095.htm this is probably covered by copyright, as the NATO flag is. russavia (talk) 03:14, 7 November 2008 (UTC)

 Comment -- how do you know the uploader doesn't own the copyright? My impression from the collection on Madden's user page is that these flags are all vector graphics created by him or her. The restrictions on the flag's usage at http://www.aseansec.org/7095.htm are independent of copyright; see Template:insignia and Wikipedia:Restricted materials. Joriki (talk) 11:52, 14 March 2009 (UTC)
