Neutral I don't think it's the logo, but the artwork that's at issue. I'd like somebody who knows about copyright to comment on this. Is this a picture of a coke can or of the artwork on a coke can? We tend to delete pictures of packets that are little more than reproductions of the artwork on the front. --Simonxag 19:09, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
Its just a pic of a can of coke lol. its showing what a can of coke looks like. and its marked with trademark tag, coz coca-cola is a trademark?? end of story?
Deleted. Clear copyvio of artwork on can. Note: The Coke logo itself is PD-Old but the rest of the artwork is copyright. MichaelMaggs 21:29, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
