  • Delete - the given reason for being PD on the image page is the fact that Cuba is was not a signatory to the Berne Convention until 1997. Per [1] we should not violate copyrights from countries that have no relations with the US even if we can legally. Given that and the fact that the date of publication and copyright are not known (the description says this was a common postcard...someone must have printed it and probably marked the obverse side) this image cannot remain. -Nard 19:48, 30 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
