Was deleted as non free screenshot before. Can't find checkable information. GeorgHH • talk 22:22, 19 March 2008 (UTC)
- Keep :Why should this be a non free screenshot? From my point of view it is not only a screenshot but a self created animation of a complete CAD construction process. According to the licence of the original file this work was done by Freeformer, the uploader of the original file, which can be checked in the original file here: [1] I believe together with the Licence this file therefore reaches Threshold of originality. --WikipediaMaster 16:07, 20 March 2008 (UTC)
- Zu Deutsch, hier wird aus meiner Sicht durch die Arbeit von Freeformer Schöpfungshöhe erreicht und die Lizenz gestattet die Kopie! --WikipediaMaster 16:12, 20 March 2008 (UTC)
- If it was deleted before, please provide some evidence for this. Right now, your claim that it was correctly deleted is every bit as "uncheckable" as image itself. 09:43, 6 April 2008 (UTC)

- I can't access GeorgHHs Undelete link (Permission error) and still can't see a reason for deletion! --WikipediaMaster 17:40, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
- Sorry, error by me. Deletion log entry is:
"21:23, 9. Okt. 2006 Nilfanion hat „Image:Cad-fm01s.gif“ gelöscht (copyvio non free screenshot)" --GeorgHH • talk 20:00, 8 April 2008 (UTC)- So there is no reason named why it should be a non free screenshot! My argumentation above names the reasons, why I believe the previous deletion was wrong! It would have been a non free screenshot if no work would have been added by Freeformer. I see no reason not to trust the original uploader and that means the work reaches Threshold of originality (Schöpfungshöhe)! --WikipediaMaster 15:51, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

Why again the deletion request? Of course the NX (Siemens) software itself is copyright protected, but this is not a copy of the software itself nor only a screenshot of it! Read above argumentation! --WikipediaMaster (talk) 17:40, 13 March 2009 (UTC)
JUSTAnother user writes: screenshots for purpose of visualizing something is not a software copyright violation as A) No code is copied B) This is not being put into any other CAD program. This falls within "Fair Use Doctrine". This is for educational/informative purpose as would any screenshot illustrating a message. Just like the screenshot of AutoCAD, Windows XP operating system and anything else. This is an animated GIF not a program. Leave it alone. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.139.213.58 (talk • contribs) 05:27, 28. Mar 2009 (UTC)

I second this. Irrational objections of copyright violations is completely pointless. This is a very good gif as it shows how exactly does a few commands on the comp create such an animation. Leave it alone, i Say. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.38.200.142 (talk • contribs) 01:15, 15. Maj 2009 (UTC)
