This is a photo of a statue, which is most likely separately copyrighted. There is no evidence of permission to reproduce the statue, so the photo appears to be an unauthorized derivative work. --Superm401 - Talk 00:05, 28 April 2008 (UTC)

Delete: Per 17 USC 102(a)(8), sculptural works are protected by copyright. This image constitutes a derivative work and, therefore, certain rights thereto would be retained by the sculptor. Per nominator, evidence has not been provided that sculptor has released right under the current licensing. ЭLСОВВОLД talk 18:55, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
