Image does not follow Heraldry conventions, nor is based on the law of creation of this coat of arms, nor any official, public image displayed in official websites. It´s created using a seond hand source. Emerson

Keep This image was provided by the public government (the municipal prefecture) and is used by them as official symbol de facto, even if it does not follow the conventions for Heraldic compositions. Giro720 03:07, 11 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
