This is an image that can be found on the Finnish Nokia cellphones, such as Nokia 6230. The uploader claims that the phone indicates "no copyright". However, this is slightly different from the "no copyright" meaning on Wikimedia. What the phone shows means that the image can be transferred from phone to phone (it does not have a DRM). Or, according to Nokia's website The content is solely for your non-commercial, private use. --escondites 17:26, 23 December 2007 (UTC)
- Delete as there is apparently no explicit declaration that this is freely licensed. I'm concerned that this was uploaded by an administrator as it seems to demonstrate a lack of understanding of copyright issues. Adambro 22:18, 23 December 2007 (UTC)
- If the phone actually displays "no copyright" then it would not be copyrighted. -Nard 20:37, 24 December 2007 (UTC)
- That is certainly not a valid assumption to make. I've got a Nokia 6230i and whilst I don't seem to have this exact image looking through the images which came with the phone it appears a number say "Copyright: None" when looking at the details. This doesn't mean that the creator of the image has freely licensed it, rather that the copyright information is simply missing. I've copied images which I've taken onto my phone and it doesn't magically say they're copyright me but this is of course the case since I'm the photographer. Adambro 20:54, 24 December 2007 (UTC)

Deleted. Not reasonable in this context to assume that this image really is copyright-free MichaelMaggs 17:41, 6 May 2008 (UTC)
