Image is claiming PD-USGov. Image is security camera footage from Portland International Jetport (PWM). PWM is not an entity of the U.S. federal government or even ME state government (it is owned by the city). This footage may even be (and is probably likely to be) the work product of an outsourced security company. Uploader comment was "I don't think airport photos can be copyrighted, but I'm not sure", which is incorrect and inappropriate PD rationale. Historical importance is not disputed; individual Wikis can, of course, host the image in accordance with their respective fair use polices, but the image does not belong here. --ЭLСОВВОLД talk 18:03, 29 May 2008 (UTC)

- Very true. Delete and re-upload to English Wikipedia under a fair-use statement.--Haha169 23:32, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
Are security camera photos even eligible for copyright? There is (literally) no artistic input of any kind. Raul654 19:20, 9 June 2008 (UTC)
I have uploaded this file to enwiki, with fair use rationale. I think that this is copyrighted, but not totally sure. -Aude (talk | contribs) 19:37, 9 June 2008 (UTC)
