- Question: What sort of reason are you looking for? If we don't know who took the picture, then we have no way of knowing if it's in the public domain or not; if we don't have a way of knowing if it's in the public domain or not, it may very well be copyright infringement--the burden of proof is on us to show that it's not. grendel|khan 13:39, 7 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
