Statue is a recent work by a living sculptor and thereby still in the copyright of the sculptor. Unfortunately, Russia has no freedom-of-panorama exception for such works (only for buildings). So, either a permission by the sculptor is required or the image needs to be deleted.-- Túrelio (talk) 19:18, 14 May 2023 (UTC)
