Probable COM:COPYVIO, image has overprinting and appears to be a promotional image for Chinese Opera, perhaps a poster, unlikely to be "own work" of uploader. Ellin Beltz (talk) 05:21, 3 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! This is WIKI-TARO (ウィキ太郎). Ellin Beltz wrote "perhaps a poster", but this is not "poster". Chinese actor Mr.Lu Daming(魯大鳴) is my good friend. He lives in Japan and sometimes plays Chinese opera for us. This photo was taken in Tokyo for him. Before I uploaded, I added Chinese letters onto this foto using photo-shop in order to show the name of the actor Lu Daming and the role he plays(諸葛亮). Of course, Lu Daming permitted me to upload this foto onto the internet (he does not know how to upload fotos onto Wikimedia). Thanks for reading. WIKI TARO, 3 April 2014

Greetings WikiTaro: The key phrase above is "This photo was taken in Tokyo for him". Because you did not take the photo, Mr. Lu Daming's unnamed photographer must allow the use of this image via the simple OTRS system. Commons doesn't allow the uploading of a third-party work with an own work permission. Thank you for your understanding! Ellin Beltz (talk) 17:27, 3 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,Ellin Beltz! "Mr. Lu Daming's unnamed photographer" is his wife. Sorry, can you help me in doing OTRS system which both Lu Daming and I do not know well? Thanks.5th April

Sure thing, but I think you will find Commons:OTRS to be really easy process! There is an address on the page (just follow the link) and it even tells you almost what to say in the letter. It will take a while for the OTRS editors to process your request, but they will get to it eventually. If you need more help, just ask, but I think if you follow that link, it will explain what to do! Ellin Beltz (talk) 08:39, 5 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
