Comment The file was uploaded here on 28 February 2024 but an online search finds it as the background image of the first segment of a YouTube video published on 10 January 2024.[1] The Wikimedia username of the uploader here matches the YouTube username where the video was released. Given the only other reuser I can find online seems to be the same person, I think it is likely to be their own work. However, as it was used in YouTube first, we probably need the uploader to follow the COM:VRT process to confirm the licence. From Hill To Shore (talk) 12:25, 10 March 2024 (UTC)
