Keep. The user who uploaded this lives in the United States, and the Wikimedia servers are in the US as well, so I believe copyright status under US law is the only one that applies (even though the original file was apparently produced in the UK). According to my reading of Commons:Derivative works#Maps, this map, which reflects only factual data, is not subject to copyright under US law. -Pete F (talk) 00:20, 13 May 2014 (UTC)
Deleted: Map is a derivative work of the underlying data. Since all organisations providing data license that data the general consensuns seems to be that this data is copyrightable. Therefore this is a derivative work of copyrighted data. Permission by the data's copyright holder required. ChrisiPK (Talk|Contribs) 23:09, 21 May 2014 (UTC)
