- An anonymous person states that this photo was taken against his will but in Poland we have the freedom of panorama (Commons:Freedom of panorama), the church from the outside is exposed to the public so consent is not required. The photo actually contains the private registration number of the car, which, however, allows only the police to identify the owner, not bystanders such as Wikipedia users, publishing of it is legal in Poland (2021 text in Polish: https://wyborcza.biz/biznes/7,156481,27198036,publikowanie-zdjec-tablic-rejestracyjnych-legalne-nie-lamie.html). The photo allegedly "contains elements that have a negative impact on the image of the Parish of St. Anthony in Zabrze" - not for me to judge, not my fault that the parish did not clean the area… --Gower (talk) 19:44, 8 July 2021 (UTC)
