- By Spanish law, it's a clear case of {{FoP-Spain}}. It's a painting hanging in a "public space" (a church) in Spain. Are there any specific element in FOP:Spain contradicting it? José Luiz disc 03:29, 28 December 2015 (UTC)
Deleted: Unfortunately, FOP-Spain explicitly does not cover inside public spaces, only covering parques, calles, plazas u otras vías públicas. This can be confirmed in this source. Until Spain changes their Copyright polices, images like this are copyvios in Commons, and have to be deleted. Unfortunately. Darwin Ahoy! 11:58, 28 December 2015 (UTC)
