Duplicate of an image previously uploaded to Commons in December 2008 as File:Yorkshire Malteser Mix.jpg. There is no reason to have two copies of this image, especially as the Author credit, date and license are all incorrect based on the first upload of the image. License: Old one is PD, new one is CCSA4.0 Date: Old one is 2008, new one is 2017 Author: Old one is uploader, new one is a (pardon the expression) Shaggy Dog Story.

I made a deletion request for the old photo, because the name of the old photo is wrong and because there is bird droppings on the red bench. This dog belonged to me and my son. He has died in 2009. He was a Yorkshire Terrier, a big one, but NO hybrid. I had the image here on my computer before it was uploaded to Wikimedia commons. My friend Hansjörg took the photo when we were on a hike together and gave it to me. The admin decided to keep the old one, because the new one wasn't uploaded yet. I cleaned up the photo be removing the bird droppings. I did manual image-editing, painting some red over the very ugly white excrement. Then I uploaded the clean photo and made a second deletion request for the old one. Please delete the old dirty photo. The clean one with the proper name should be kept. Deleted: The copyright belongs to the photographer, Hansjörg. In order for it to be kept on Commons, Hansjörg must send a free license using OTRS. .     Jim . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 15:26, 27 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Meanwhile the photographer made an own upload, after I had cleaned the picture and sent it to him as email-attachement. He has given an OTRS permission. Here it is: [2]. Sciencia58 (talk) 08:10, 28 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
