No indication that source given has the right to release this image containing derivative works, or that source given created the work. It is very small and of low quality showing that it may be copied at some point from Facebook. Ellin Beltz (talk) 16:57, 5 April 2019 (UTC)
- Keep Definitely not "copied from Facebook", the European Solidarity Centre in Gdańsk has copyright from the author of photography.
The poster is more than 95% unreadable (you can read only ten words there).
This was photo has been shot June 1989: see also Template:PD-Poland

- Please see the metadata. The image is dated 2017, Author is given, and there's no indication that the uploader is that person, nor that whoever created the work in the image gave permission. The source link leads to a webpage, not the image or a license - and the webpage is clearly marked (C). Ellin Beltz (talk) 14:33, 5 June 2019 (UTC)
- 2017 is date of scan only. The 1989 election in Poland was in 1989. Julo (talk) 10:27, 8 June 2019 (UTC)
- Actually the metadata says copyright holder is "Author Diter Bingen"; we'd need COM:OTRS to retain because it was previously published - whether by the ESC oor anyone else. Please read COM:L and COM:OTRS. Ellin Beltz (talk) 20:34, 8 June 2019 (UTC)
- Delete Yes, the items in the file is not copyrighted. But permission is needed from Diter Bingen as he is the photographer. 大诺史 (Talk/留言/토론/Discussion) 06:58, 13 September 2019 (UTC)
