- Agree with Pieter Kuiper; historical info is well within project scope. That info is no longer up to date is not a reason to delete; unless there is some other reason,

If it's going to be kept for historical reasons, then I think it should be renamed to include the date it refers to, to avoid mixup with the continuously updated version.
