Hi Jim and Martin H., it's a comparable case as yesterday, i. e. with file:BMBF-Buergerdialog Foto AJW-Goldschmidt-UniJournal-Trier 37 2011 S29.jpg. Sorry, but I just applied by the authors a licence for publishing in Wikipedia - and received it. But not for anyone, to reuse the photo anywhere, anytime for any purpose (including a commercial). This is due to my misunderstanding of Wikipedia Foundation as a nonprofit charitable organization (I should have better read your rules before - pardon!).
