I don’t see why this would be an exception to the other cases: The Motherland Calls is a copyrighted sculpture and there is no full FOP in Russia, therefore, this is a copyvio. Mormegil (talk) 11:35, 26 June 2014 (UTC)

- What exactly on that page do you mean? The only Russia-related thing I see there is the map, where Russia is marked “OK for non-commercial use only”, exactly like at Commons:FOP#Russia. But (as the page points out), non-commercial-use-only is not acceptable on Commons.
