the source of this photo always was a .jpg link without any context (and it's now dead). Pretty sure the new url for the source would be [1]. This page doesn't give any indication that the photo is a work of the library of congress or otherwise in the public domain. A search of the Prints & Photographs Online Catalog turns up no images of him. If this image is deleted, File:William F. Buckley, Jr. cropped.jpg should be also. Deleted: per nom, no sign that LoC's Living Legends section uses LoC images, nevertheless that they're free use. czar 01:23, 17 May 2016 (UTC)
