Per COM:PRP/COM:EVID - Image originally uploaded to en.wiki with "source" of "I represent the company who owns the copyright to this image and have been given full authority to post it", then deleted, reuploaded with new "source" of "Picture taken on the set of The List by myself" and transfered to Commons. Even without the contradiction, this is not adequate; evidence that the "company who owns the copyright" has released this under a free license, or given Jonnystan authority, needs to be provided through COM:OTRS. Note that w:File:Hilarie burton 2006.jpg, with identical claims was deleted as unacceptable. This image actually appears to be a cropped screen capture. Эlcobbola _talk 16:59, 29 May 2018 (UTC)
