  • Nope @Nadimir: . The photo license is indeed correct (that's unquestionable), but who is the artist of the statue? And where is this located (what country)? By copyright principle of artworks, buildings and sculptures are works of art that are copyrighted by their designers/creators. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 15:46, 25 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@JWilz12345, Nadimir, and AntiCompositeNumber:  Delete I did a Google search to find out where the sculpture is located. It is located at Disneyland Paris, France. And there is no freedom of panorama in France. Ox1997cow (talk) 04:22, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
If this is in France as Ox1997cow says, then  Speedy delete as a derivative work copyright violation. No artist's authorization for application of CC/PD licensing over the uploader's image of the artist's artwork. In the past images that violate architects' and artists' copyrights were subject to speedy deletion via {{France-cv}}. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 04:45, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@JWilz12345: I searched more. It is clearly located in Disneyland Paris, France. Deleting is correct. Ox1997cow (talk) 10:20, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
