This file was initially tagged by Number 57 as Speedy (speedy deletion) and the most recent rationale was: Uploader claims to be copyright holder, but source is listed as unknown.
Converted to regular DR to allow for discussion. As depicted person died already in 1910, this image should be in the PD. -- Túrelio (talk) 07:21, 31 March 2022 (UTC)

Though that doesn't belong here, the difference is that File:Marcos Antonio Cabral.jpg seems to be a painting, not a photography. While a photography originally is shot during the filetime of the depicted, a painting may be created at a later point of time. --Túrelio (talk) 06:51, 1 April 2022 (UTC)
