The file is an image of an helicopter from an external blog, where the blogger agreed the uploader to upload this image to Commons. However, besides from the agreement, no solid permission or free licensing is given.
In particular, the blogger's response didn't state any terms about the file (such as allowing commercial use, or requiring attribution, etc.), which is simply too ambiguous. Such ambiguity could result in revocation of the agreement, which Commons don't allow as per COM:L#Acceptable licenses. 廣九直通車 (talk) 06:21, 27 March 2021 (UTC)
