  • Keep. Based on how it is used, it appears that this photograph is merely intended to represent the interior design of the building. The paintings in the background are important to the image only insofar as they show how paintings are displayed; they are not large enough to allow for reduplication, as you can see by viewing the image (even at the greatest resolution) and looking to the paintings. For that reason, I would consider the paintings to be de minimis within this image, especially (as I have said) given the purpose of this photograph to depict the interior of the museum itself.
