The website has text context licensed under CC-BY-SA 4.0, but also explicitly states "For license to republish any audio, video or image content, please get in touch with the Peoples Dispatch Team.". This would require an OTRS. Juxlos (talk) 04:14, 11 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

  •  Delete. According to the source only the text released under CC BY-SA 4.0 license. The file appears in this site in JUNE 29, 2023, before it was posted in the firs source (peoplesdispatch.org). Under CC BY-NC 4.0 license. Even though the YouTube video releases the video under Creative Commons Attribution license. They can not release content the they are not the copyright owner. Even the name of the author does not mention in both sites. Also it's look like a derivative work, illustration based on some photograph. -- Geagea (talk) 07:42, 11 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Greetings. I am the author of this illustration. Is based on a photograph of Daqqah and it was made, as Geagea linked above, for the Tricontinental Institute for Social Research via its Art Department (which I am a part of). All the creations (image, video or text) that are made for the institute is under a CC BY-NC 4.0 and that includes this image.
The information needed can be updated accordingly. Daniruggeri (talk) 14:07, 17 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
