There is no evidence to suggest this photograph is the work of the FBI or any U.S. government agency. It was most likely a passport photo which means it is not in the public domain. This should be moved to Wikipedia under fair use. --- C&C (Coffeeandcrumbs) 00:47, 3 February 2020 (UTC)

- Nonetheless, there is still no evidence that the photograph was taken by a U.S. federal employee. It could have come from any number of ID cards besides those issued by U.S. government. --- C&C (Coffeeandcrumbs) 09:56, 21 February 2020 (UTC)
