Contains copy righted objects. Affected:

@Mhhossein: Could you please elaborate on what you mean by "copyrighted objects"? --Ilya (talk) 16:31, 4 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
The paintings on the wall. Are they in PD? --Mhhossein talk 16:33, 4 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
they are CC BY SA. Each photo has a label underneath it that describes the author and the license --Ilya (talk) 16:40, 4 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
So we need permission from the authors of those depicted paintings. See com:derivative please. You can keep your photos by asking the authors of those paintings to send their permission letter to OTRS, otherwise they'll be deleted to avoid the violation of their rights. --Mhhossein talk 16:47, 4 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
First, authors already gave the permission as it is required step of publishing the photographs under CC-BY-SA. Second, what part of Commons:De_minimis should apply here from your point of view? --Ilya (talk) 16:58, 4 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Good, then please provide those "permission"s. That they let you take photos does not mean they aimed to publish their paintings under a free license. I think we can't apply De minimis here. --Mhhossein talk 17:02, 4 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
1) Commons:Wiki Loves Earth 2016 in Ukraine/Winners 2) Maybe you are right, if De minimis cannot be applied please also ask to delete Category:Wiki Loves Earth 2016 in Tunisia Awards Ceremony, Category:Wiki Loves Earth 2016 in Bulgaria - Prize Awarding Ceremony, Category:Wiki Loves Art & Wiki Loves Monuments 2016 in Belgium & Luxembourg: awards ceremony, Category:Wiki Loves Monuments 2016 in Tunisia Awards Ceremony, Category:Winners Ceremony Wiki Loves Monuments 2016 in Germany, Category:WLE Serbia 2016 --Ilya (talk) 17:22, 4 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
1) Those files depecting files uploaded here can be kept. 2) We can apply de minimis for Some of the files you mentioned. For example, see this and this and etc please. --Mhhossein talk 17:40, 4 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Ilya: Are all the pictures on the background already uploaded under CC? --Mhhossein talk 17:45, 4 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
yes, they are --Ilya (talk) 17:47, 4 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Mhhossein: , the pictures there are from the WLX 2016 in Ukraine Exhibition --アンタナナ 20:03, 4 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

It would be mad to delete images from a Wiki Loves Earth awards ceremony because of copyright infringement. Do not be disrupting just in order to make a point. --Lord Bumbury (talk) 17:52, 4 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Лорд Бъмбъри: well, not everybody in the world knows that the exhibition is from our own winners :) --アンタナナ 20:03, 4 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
アンタナナ:So much thank for you good faith comment. I was not aware about that or I would not start this request.--Mhhossein talk 04:50, 5 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Keep There are at least three good reasons, each one would be enough for keeping them:
    1. Images are from WLE / WLM and are available under a free license, and appropriate attribution is provided on the photos themselves
    2. Even if these images were not under a free license, these images illustrate a current event (an award ceremony) and thus their use is allowed in this context per Ukrainian copyright law (notably there was a court case allowing use of photos of a photo exhibition to illustrate opening of this exhibition)
    3. Even if these images were not under a free license and WLX awards ceremony were not a current event, they fall under COM:DM anyway as in no way one can say that these images were the main goal of these photos — NickK (talk) 20:12, 4 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
NickK: They clearly don't fall under de minimis. --Mhhossein talk 04:50, 5 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: Per discussion and withdrawn by nominator. --Ellin Beltz (talk) 17:58, 10 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
