I canceled this DR. Ik had the presumption that images would be scalabe by the Wikimedia software and that it would be possible that the ratio could be altered. Today I learned that that is impossible. Therefore an image from Category:Solid white images cannot be used for the purpose Wolf would use it. My apologies for the inconvience.
