Keep: This is not a valid reason to delete the file. Period. Moreover, you (Lades2222) just created a duplicate of the original that has a well-established pattern of usage and a long history of updates (File:Visa requirements for Russian citizens.svg), then replaced a link to it with your newly uploaded image - which goes contrary to both spirit and letter of the rules, as you should have just uploaded a new version of the well-established image if the updates are reasonable. And now you pretend that the original has no more use. I suggest you follow the customary process of incremental updates to the well-established image. Cherkash (talk) 12:59, 3 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
