The architect (or the artist), Le Corbusier, died in 1965. There is no Freedom of panorama in France.
Cette œuvre de Le Corbusier, mort en 1965 ne peut être diffusée sous licence libre. En effet, la loi sur le droit d'auteur en France interdit toute diffusion de reproductions d'une œuvre sans le consentement de l'auteur ou de ses ayant-droits, et ce jusque 70 ans après le décès de l'auteur (pas de liberté de panorama). If this shows the very same copyrighted architectural artwork by renowned French architect Le Corbusier, then this must be 
Delete as a derivative work copyright violation. Three images (in my knowledge as of this writing) under the very same filename uploaded, images showing this copyrighted architecture. And sadly, French FOP is not compatible to Commons because it is noncommercial, but Commons does not accept noncommercial content / licenses from the artists or architects. Deleted: Per nomination. Artist died in 1965, see en:Le Corbusier. The image(s) will be in PD 71 years after this year and can be undeleted in 2036.
