The file is an image (presumably) taken by a Vietcong guerrilla, and was later confiscated and first published on an American book The Eyewitness History of the Vietnam War 1961-1975 dated 1983 (so American copyright law applies). As the work is not created by American military personnel, {{PD-USArmy}} is clearly wrongly applied.
Moreover, the book was registered to the U.S. Copyright Office after publication. so per COM:HIRTLE and {{PD-US-no notice}}, the file is not within U.S. public domain, and remains copyrightable in the United States. 廣九直通車 (talk) 11:10, 15 December 2022 (UTC)
