- The photo violates copyright of architect. Architect (if dead, then heir) must send OTRS-permission. Old houses do not need such permission, because their copyright is expired, but this house is not old. Taivo (talk) 06:22, 10 October 2016 (UTC)

- Ok so if I have all understand Pierre Faure must send the email template ("I hereby affirm that...") to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org and that's all ?

- No. One email is enough. In my opinion there is two possibilities. At first it is possible to mention all filenames one by one, that case new photos cannot be added into the category. At second the permission can cover all photos ever (also at future) made about the building, but I am not sure in correct wording of email. Taivo (talk) 07:44, 14 October 2016 (UTC)
