Looks to me like Icon flag is trying to replace a perfectly good vertical image of the flag with a new file named File:Flag of Canada, vertical.svg. This new file shows the maple leaf rotated by 90°; it is an improper defacement which I find offensive. Government images of what the flag should look like when hung vertically can be found here: [1]. So again, I reiterate, please do not delete File:Vertical Flag of Canada.svg.MapGrid (talk) 14:10, 24 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
MapGrid, thanks for pointing this out. Icon Flag nominated quite a number of vertical flags for speedy deletion, which I sent all to DR at the same time.
