- In practice, even if it comes from a video that does have copyright, it is the recording of a photograph, which is no longer copyrighted in Argentina because it was published in the country more than twenty-five years ago.

- This is a photograph. The cutout of the face is a photograph of an electoral poster published in 1991 (published, therefore, more than 25 years ago). The image on the poster is debatable, but the cutout of the face is not. The person did not run for office again. It would be extremely rare for your post to be post-election.
