How these colours are 'better'? There are quasi-certified colours for the Ulster flag (https://www.flaginstitute.org/wp/flags/ulster-flag/) and they are not these ones. Plus this file is completely unused? Aʀvєδuι + 19:31, 23 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
