Deleted, Ufimtsev was an Uzbek artist, so Uzbek law applies. The work is in public domain in source country Uzbekistan due to age, but it's unclear whether 1995 Uzbek copyright law is retroactive or not, so maybe US copyright was restored on URAA date 2005. So, 95 years from creation is needed and the file will be restored in 2023. Taivo (talk) 08:51, 28 May 2019 (UTC)
