Keep: The file is in use on es:Resolució 2154 del Consell de Seguretat de les Nacions Unides, ru:Медали ООН, and ru:Диань, Мбайе. Under COM:INUSE and COM:NPOV, it should not be deleted for inaccuracy while it is required by other projects. @Knoerz: If you want to correct the description, you can do so by editing File:UN Captain Mbaye Diagne Medal for Exceptional Courage ribbon.svg.
