- Comment. The question here is whether this lion is a copy of a public domain work (a similar garden lion which is in the public domain due to age) or whether it contains substantial creative differences from such lions. If no one can show us such an old, similar lion, it should be deleted under COM:PRP. It may seem mundane, but even a mass-produced item may have been designed in the last 10 years by an industrial designer - and clearly, this ornament is not merely utilitarian.
