It looks like a scan from a print publication (also with very poor quality and low resolution). Doubtfully an own work since trains are not released into circulation for public use and there's very restricted access to these trains. Sfs90 (talk) 05:47, 27 July 2018 (UTC)
- The file is based on an internal magazine of the Metro de Santiago. It is of low resolution due to the method of obtaining, scanning. As it is well mentioned, they have not come out to the public, they will do it from August or September of this year, but at the moment there is no other image of this train. --Aroblesm (talk) 12:16, 27 July 2018 (UTC).
- Well, in that case, it's a flagrant copyvio since all published material by Metro de Santiago (including their internal magazine) have copyrights. --Sfs90 (talk) 19:13, 27 July 2018 (UTC)
- Please delete. Without realizing it, I committed the copyvio. I read the rules of Commons but I did not understand well that to scan a printed publication I also needed the relevant permits. I hope there have been no problems. --Aroblesm (talk) 20:25, 27 July 2018 (UTC).
