no COM:OTRS, no metadata, frame with film Чорний Кіт (talk) 02:29, 20 May 2020 (UTC)
- Comment After closing as delete on 29 May 2020 per nomination, the original uploader Fotofixer17 requested undelete. Re-opened accordingly for further review and discussion. At a minimum, an OTRS permission statement is needed to verify that Fotofixer17 (a/k/a CopyrightholderITBphoto) is the photographer and copyright holder, because this is a scene from a copyrighted movie, In the Bedroom. The cinematographer who shot the scene is Antonio Calvache and the production company, Good Machine, owns the movie's copyright. JGHowes talk 13:02, 29 May 2020 (UTC)
- I don’t understand what happened here. This file was undeleted on the basis of a comment substantially identical to the one in the previous DR. I would have expected that you would wait for an OTRS ticket to be received, then undelete the file, as happens in so many other cases. Brianjd (talk) 14:35, 29 May 2020 (UTC)
- Because I had just closed this DR a few hours ago and Fotofixer17 immediately appealed (he was not notified on his talk page of this DR) and offered specific info as to the camera and shutter setting he said he used, and there were no other comments, I felt it best to rescind my closing of the DR for further discussion. Aside from the process question, I agree that fotofixer17 needs to supply further evidence explaining by what reason he/she is the copyright holder of this movie scene. [added]: He has now been properly notified on his talk page as to the needed info and given an opportunity to respond. If no satisfactory response is forthcoming within 7 days, the file will be permanently deleted with prejudice. JGHowes talk 15:00, 29 May 2020 (UTC)

Deleted: Uploader has not provided required explanation by what reason he/she acquired copyright for this movie scene. Has also been indef blocked for sockpuppetry and re-uploading this screenshot using a DR-evading different filename: File:ITB SS & TW head on chest photo by Todd Field.jpg.
