per this request. Apparently, spanish freedom of parorama does not apply since the image is not permanently attached. Plus the character is copyrighted and the company managing the Hergé estate is known to be extremely nasty when it comes to reproductions of dubious legality (see here and here for example). - JJ Georges (talk) 12:12, 21 September 2011 (UTC)
