Keep. so far only comments from deletion-nominator. person pictured seems to be an example of someone wearing neo-nazi emblems --whether or not he's going to one band's concert or another or is just walking down the street is not so important. with the ustaše motifs, he's a specimen of the region's far-right crowd. as an example of that, KEEP the image.
