Potentially non-free in country of origin, UK. Also doubful that it meets COM:TOO due to increased detail. AtomCrusher (talk) 13:09, 25 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Additional note that a very similar logo for Thomas Cook Airlines is marked entirely as a copyrighted logo and is thus not eligible for Commons transfer. AtomCrusher (talk) 13:41, 25 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Agree Image does not belong on Commons as it is too detailed, therefore meeting COM:TOO. Re-upload at a lower resolution on Wikipedia for use on Thomas Cook Group pages, as a WP:NONFREE but fair use image. This would be covered by US law but also UK law under Sections 29 and 30 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Such an approach has already been taken with the logo for its sister company Thomas Cook Scandanavia at File:TCGA Logo 2013.png. Llemiles (talk) 15:00, 25 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
