Delete While I believe the uploader (@Ham II: ) had the best of intentions in uploading this image, and the image is indeed tagged under the license that it shows on Flickr, the license on Flickr is invalid. This is a 3D artwork, and as such is subject to freedom of panorama restrictions. The artwork is apparently on the property of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Washington, D.C. Given that embassies are usually regarded as sovereign territory for the country which is represented by the embassy, the artwork would be subject to the copyright laws of that country. If not, then the copyright laws of the host country would apply. In this case, regardless if we honor the copyright policies of Kazakhstan (COM:FOP Kazakhstan) or the United States (COM:FOP US), the artwork is copyrighted, and not available under a license compatible with Commons. - I took a look a streetview, and this artwork is indeed on the grounds of the Embassy of Kazakhstan. See streetview. --Hammersoft (talk) 15:07, 11 April 2020 (UTC)
