Although the licence under which the image was posted on Flickr may have allowed re-use on Commons, it is questionable that the original uploader on Flickr had the rights to release it under such licence. It is clearly a commercial book, and there is no indication that the person who took the photo of the book has any affiliation with the book's authors (the car drawings on the book cover would all be subject to copyright).
