Dome is in OCCUPIED PALESTINIAN TERRITORIES not ISRAEL. False name by known POV-pushing editor. This file must be renamed with the world-wide accepted name of its location or it must be deleted. (User:Spatengutentag 2010-11-10T02:06:46)

Kept. Obviously. This isn't the appropriate venue to debate file naming, the file talk page would seem a better place to start. "Israel" seems to be an unnecessary part of the file name unless there is another "Temple Mount and Dome of the Rock" elsewhere in the world which could create confusion but this isn't going to be deleted for this reason.
